Data Source: All carbon emission and power grid data displayed in ProjectCleanGrid is sourced from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), a U.S. government agency. This data is provided to you for informational purposes only.

"As Is" Disclaimer: The data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Grid conditions and carbon intensity can change rapidly due to weather, demand fluctuations, and grid operations.

Not Professional Advice: The information provided by ProjectCleanGrid does not constitute professional, financial, or energy management advice. You should not rely solely on the data displayed in the app when making critical decisions about energy usage or carbon emissions. Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

You may use ProjectCleanGrid to:

• View real-time and forecasted carbon emission and power grid data
• Make informed personal decisions about your energy usage
• Submit feedback to help improve the Service
• Access the Service from multiple devices using your account

Prohibited Uses

You may not use ProjectCleanGrid to:

• Scrape, harvest, or use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to access data from the Service

The underlying carbon emission and power grid data provided by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) is in the public domain as a work of the U.S. government and is not subject to copyright protection.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjectCleanGrid and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Decisions made based on reliance on data displayed in the Service
• Service interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in displayed data
• Any other damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
